Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 200 gms Rolled Oats
- 50 gms Coconut Flakes
- 75 gms Almonds
- 40 gms Pumpkin Seeds
- 40 gms Sunflower Seeds
- 20 gms Chia or Flak Seeds
- 120 ml Maple or Jagerry Syrup
- 50 ml Coconut Oil
- 2 gms Cinammon Powder
- 1 gm Nutmeg Powder
- 1 gm Cardamom Powder
- 1 gm Ginger Powder
- 2 gms Salt
- 5 ml Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Oats, Coconut Flakes, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Chia or Flak Seeds, Cinnamon, nutmet, cardamom, ginger, and salt
- Whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated
- Spread the mixture evenly on the lined baking tray.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy
- Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight jar
