Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms Rolled Oats
  • 50 gms Coconut Flakes
  • 75 gms Almonds
  • 40 gms Pumpkin Seeds
  • 40 gms Sunflower Seeds
  • 20 gms Chia or Flak Seeds
  • 120 ml Maple or Jagerry Syrup
  • 50 ml Coconut Oil
  • 2 gms Cinammon Powder
  • 1 gm Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 gm Cardamom Powder
  • 1 gm Ginger Powder
  • 2 gms Salt
  • 5 ml Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Oats, Coconut Flakes, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Chia or Flak Seeds, Cinnamon, nutmet, cardamom, ginger, and salt
  • Whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the lined baking tray.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy
  • Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight jar
